The Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS) form the foundation for Lee County Pre-K instruction. The GELDS are correlated to Georgia's Kindergarten Standards and to the Work Sampling assessment indicators, thus promoting a seamless educational program for early learning. (For more information see www.gelds.decal.ga.gov). Benchmark Ready to Advance Curriculum is used to enhance and supplement the GELDS. For detailed information on the GELDS you may access the following link http://gelds.decal.ga.gov/.
